Left Your Mark
I feel like I left my mark at Verbum Dei through consistency, dedication, and just showing up for the school community. I played soccer for 3 years, from freshman to junior year, representing Verbum Dei on the field with heart and commitment. Whether we won or lost, I always gave my best and tried to push my teammates to do the same. I was also part of the Social Media Club since my sophomore year, helping to promote school events and highlight student life. I stayed involved in what I could and always tried to support my school, whether it was through sports, clubs, or simply being present with respect and a good attitude.
Words of Wisdom
To my brother in this class and to all underclassmen: enjoy every moment, but don’t waste time. Four years pass faster than you think. If I could tell you anything, it would be to get involved early and take everything seriously, from schoolwork to your CWSP job to relationships with teachers. Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, even if it’s something small like joining a club or asking a question in class.
